Notes:
- Despite the spell description, the spell has no projectile and applies the root instantly.
- Roots the target, preventing it from moving and casting certain mobility spells.
- Interrupts the target`s channeling spells, but does not prevent it from starting to channel during it.
- Does not provide True Sight over the target.
- As a neutral unit:
- The troll never casts this spell.
- As a player controlled unit:
- No restrictions.
- Has a cast backswing of 0.6 when cast by Doom (acquired through Devour).
- Has a cast backswing of 1.07 when cast by Rubick (acquired through casting Spell Steal on Doom).

The Dark Troll Summoner stirs the ground underfoot, raising the remains of trolls long dead, bringing to life two Skeleton Warriors who will fight at his side.
Notes:
- Requires at least one corpse within 600 radius to be cast.
- The skeletons are always spawned next to the Dark Troll Summoner.
- As a neutral unit:
- When the troll is aggroed and at least one unit had died within 600 radius, it casts the spell.
- This means that the troll does not need a corpse to cast it. When a unit died once within 600 radius, it always casts it when aggroed.
- As a player controlled unit:
- Can only be cast when a corpse is within 600 radius.
- A unit`s corpse usually lasts for 6–7 seconds after the death animation.
- Every unit leaves a corpse, even when it is not visible (e.g. illusions).
- Has a cast backswing of 0.6 when cast by Doom (acquired through Devour).
- Has a cast backswing of 1.07 when cast by Rubick (acquired through casting Spell Steal on Doom).

The Troll camp is a large camp of neutral creeps Neutral creeps are a type of creep not controlled by any player. They are aligned to neither of the teams, and offer an alternative source of gold and experience. Neutral creeps appear in small camps . It contains 1 Dark Troll Summoner and 2 Hill Trolls. The Dark Troll Summoner can also summon 2 Skeleton Warriors. The trolls give a total of 195 experience and 85-102 gold. With 2 Skeleton Warriors, the camp gives a total of 219 experience and 97-126 gold.
