Overview
This Brawl sees players creating their own custom decks A deck is a collection of exactly 30 cards. All cards drawn by the player during a game come from their deck. Each deck is tied to a specific class. Decks can be created and using any class Class is the primary determinant of a hero s powers and abilities, and the strongest factor in deck selection. While each hero represents a unique character with their own personality, portrait and sounds, their class determines . Each spell Fireball, a simple mage spell. It costs 4 mana, dealing 6 damage to a chosen target. Spell cards are cards that can be played to trigger a one time effect or ability, described in the the player casts reduces their hero`s Health Health, sometimes referred to as life, hit points or HP, is an attribute found on heroes and minions, reflecting the remaining survivability of the character. Health can be reduced, almost always by taking damage. If and/or Armor A hero with 2 Armor Armor is a form of secondary Health available only to heroes, gained through certain spells, Hero Powers and minions. Notes
- In this Brawl, spells consume an amount of a Hero`s life equal to their resource cost.
- A player cannot play a spell if their Health is equal to or lower than the spell`s cost, effectively preventing "suicide" by playing a costly spell that would otherwise bring the player`s Health to zero.
- Modifiers are taken into account when calculating the resource cost, such as from the effects of Loatheb Loatheb Set: Naxxramas Type: Minion Rarity: Legendary Cost: 5 Attack: 5 Health: 5 Abilities: Battlecry, Modify cost Tags: Spell-related Battlecry: Enemy spells cost (5) more next turn.Loatheb used to be a simple Bog Beast. This and Sorcerer`s Apprentice Sorcerer s Apprentice Set: Classic Type: Minion Class: Mage Rarity: Common Cost: 2 Attack: 3 Health: 2 Abilities: Modify cost Tags: Ongoing effect, Spell-related Your spells cost (1) less.Apprentices are great for bossing around. "Conjure me .
- As of the Mean Streets of Gadgetzan "Gadgetzan, where the gangs rule the streets; Gadgetzan, full of swindlers and cheats. Zip and sing the ring-a-ding-ding, on the mean streets of Gadgetzan! Gadgetzan, where the crime doesn t pay; Gadgetzan - but we do release, all Proportional Effect Proportional effects are card effects that consume the player s available mana and have their effects increased in proportion. All current proportional effects are found on "Forbidden" cards (mostly spells with a mana Cost of 0) spell cards currently have a resource cost of zero (e.g. Forbidden Flame Forbidden Flame Set: Whispers of the Old Gods Type: Spell Class: Mage Rarity: Epic Cost: 0 Abilities: Deal damage Tags: Mana-related, Proportional effect Spend all your Mana. Deal that much damage to a minion.WARNING: This ), therefore their life cost is zero for this Brawl. After the resource cost is paid, the card text effect is activated, consuming remaining available mana for their effect.
- If multiple spells were cast in the same turn, such as OTK combo decks, the "Blood" visual effect can "drop" out from cards, and leave blood drips all around the battlefield, but mostly likely where the cards were played from the hand.
